Artificial Intelligence as a Growth Lever for SMEs
On May 28, 2025, in the beautiful setting of the Gianni & Origoni Law Firm in Rome, the initiative “Artificial Intelligence: A Partner in Digital Growth” was launched. Promoted by Unindustria in collaboration with TIM Enterprise, the initiative aims to guide companies — especially Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) — through a conscious and sustainable digital transformation journey.
ADPM Tech had the pleasure and honor of participating in this first event as a guest company, sharing our direct experience in using artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in business processes.
A Shared Vision: Making AI Accessible and Tangible
As emphasized by Unindustria’s Vice President, Vittoria Carli, the project’s objective is clear: to provide concrete tools, opportunities for discussion, and training moments to help companies understand how and where to integrate AI solutions into their organizational and production models.
This mission is urgent, considering the recently presented data: only 8.2% of Italian companies with more than 10 employees currently use AI solutions, compared to a European average of 13.5%, with peaks above 25% in countries like Sweden and Denmark. This gap highlights the need for structured programs to promote innovation culture and support companies in their adoption journey.
ADPM Tech’s Testimonial
During the event, we shared how ADPM Tech is implementing AI technologies in our solutions, with a particular focus on data management, process optimization, and decision-making support in the fields of IoT and environmental monitoring.
AI is not just a technological evolution — it marks a true paradigm shift. It enables a move from reactive to predictive management, reducing costs, improving performance, and creating new value opportunities for our clients.
Building an Ecosystem Together
The event was also an opportunity to hear high-level institutional and business contributions, including speeches by Unindustria President Giuseppe Biazzo, Lazio Region Vice President Roberta Angelilli, Industry 5.0 Delegate Francesco D’Angelo, and many professionals and entrepreneurs who, like us, are facing the daily challenges of technological adoption.
Events like this are essential to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, encouraging the creation of a virtuous network of sharing, trust, and collaboration among companies, institutions, and competence centers.
Looking Ahead
ADPM Tech will continue to support initiatives of this kind, firmly believing that spreading digital culture and adopting AI are strategic levers for the growth of Italy’s production system.
We are proud to be part of this journey and are pleased to announce that the second event in the “Artificial Intelligence: A Partner in Digital Growth” series will take place in Rome on June 23, 2025 — another great opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together.
